DELIVERY & SHIPPING

DeTHEIA’s products are shipped internationally by FedEx. All orders are processed within 01 business day and are shipped from Monday to Friday. Your package must be signed for, so please track your order using provided code and make sure someone is present during shipping hour between 9am to 6pm on delivery day.

Shipping price is calculated by the weight and where you locate. When you place your order, DeTHEIA will provide the accurate shipping fee for your purchase.

All product prices indicated, and payments made on DeTHEIA International Online Store are in USD currency.

Most international deliveries are shipped with duty and taxes already included and paid for. However, DeTHEIA are not responsible for any additional fee you might have to pay, as the duties and taxes applied to your order is determined by your local customs authority.

If any orders are refused at the customer’s final destination, shipping fee and duties/taxes (if applicable) will not be reimbursed with the refund. 

 

MODIFICATION POLICY

 

 

In order to bring products of the highest quality, DeTHEIA focuses on creating perfect products that enhance the graceful beauty of women. DeTHEIA believes that a well-fitting and high-quality product not only provides comfort but also accentuates one's natural elegance. Understanding this, DeTHEIA always supports product alterations based on measurements, ensuring that each lady feels confident, alluring, and able to express her unique style when wearing DeTHEIA designs.

 

PRODUCT MODIFICATION POLICY

  1. We support 100% of the alteration costs for one instance in cases of size adjustments and shortening of products when you place an order.
  2. Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you need alterations, DeTHEIA will assist you. Please note that you are responsible for the two-way shipping costs.
    (*) Alterations can only be made to a length of less than 10cm.

 

Product modification process:


Step 1: Determining body measurements:
Please provide the necessary body measurements, including height, bust, waist, hip, desired dress length, and any additional information depending on the product. This helps DeTHEIA better understand your body.

Step 2: Alteration consultation:
Our dedicated and attentive staff are always ready to advise and assist customers in selecting the most appropriate size for each design.

Step 3: Professional alterations:
Once the desired measurements are determined, DeTHEIA will begin the alteration process using the skilled and experienced hands of professional artisans. The product will be adjusted to fit your body perfectly.

Step 4: Quality check:
After alterations, every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure the highest quality and perfection before reaching the customer.

Step 5: Product delivery:
Once the product is completed, DeTHEIA will notify the customer and arrange for in-store pickup or delivery to the designated address.

 

*Other cases:

For products with attached buttons or details that are lost and no longer available due to the extended time since the product launch and the unavailability of the same buttons or details in the workshop, they will be replaced with alternative buttons or details that are suitable for the product. In this case, customers will be charged a small fee for the product repair.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

To ensure customer’s satisfactory while maintain our high quality with affordable pricing, we accept and support exchange, however all products from DeTHEIA is non-refundable at the moment, please consider carefully before making any purchase. DeTHEIA has a vigorous quality assurance process to provide our customers with the best products. If there is any production defect beyond our inspection, DeTHEIA is happy to take back the goods and offer an exchange. If you wish to exchange an unused product for a different design or a different size, you might request an 01 time per product only exchange. Please read more detailed information about our exchange policy at the link below:

  • Customers have the right to exchange products once within 7 days. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to exchange items if necessary.
  • Exchange is only applicable in cases of resizing the product, and exchanging for a product of equal or higher price. We do not accept returns and refunds.
  • The exchanged product must be unused, original, not dirty or damaged, still has full tags, labels, and the payment invoice intact, and not in promotional programs.
  • If you would like to exchange the product for a different design at less price, the price difference would be reimbursed as a gift card, with a 6-month expiry date, from the date of issue. We do not accept exchanges from full-priced to discounted items.
  • Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee.
  • We will communicate with you by e-mail to inform you about the shipping costs because these costs will depend on your living area. 
  • If your exchange request meets the specified conditions, DeTHEIA will respond within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and process the order within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us via email.

- To optimize costs and protect the product, avoiding damage as much as possible, DeTHEIA kindly recommends the following method of packaging for returning goods:

• Step 1: Reuse the original DeTHEIA packaging that the product was initially sent in. Use secure packing tape to ensure the box remains closed during transportation.

• Step 2: Wrap the outside in a layer of plastic wrap to prevent moisture damage to the product.

• Step 3: Write in clear text, in front of the package: “Return Goods – Clothing” on the label and the shipping form, if applicable, as customs duty might be charged otherwise.

• Step 4: Take pictures of the package as a reference in case of any issues during the transportation. Record shipping information and tracking numbers to monitor the delivery process.

- Once DeTHEIA receives and finishes the inspection process (within 5 working days) we will send you a confirmation email and a purchase code for you to place the new order.

- Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee. 

- If your products have been identified as manufacturing defective upon our inspection, DeTHEIA will reimburse your original and return shipping.
