RETURN & EXCHANGE

To ensure customer’s satisfactory while maintain our high quality with affordable pricing, we accept and support exchange, however all products from DeTHEIA is non-refundable at the moment, please consider carefully before making any purchase. DeTHEIA has a vigorous quality assurance process to provide our customers with the best products. If there is any production defect beyond our inspection, DeTHEIA is happy to take back the goods and offer an exchange. If you wish to exchange an unused product for a different design or a different size, you might request an 01 time per product only exchange. Please read more detailed information about our exchange policy at the link below:

  • Customers have the right to exchange products once within 7 days. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to exchange items if necessary.
  • Exchange is only applicable in cases of resizing the product, and exchanging for a product of equal or higher price. We do not accept returns and refunds.
  • The exchanged product must be unused, original, not dirty or damaged, still has full tags, labels, and the payment invoice intact, and not in promotional programs.
  • If you would like to exchange the product for a different design at less price, the price difference would be reimbursed as a gift card, with a 6-month expiry date, from the date of issue. We do not accept exchanges from full-priced to discounted items.
  • Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee.
  • We will communicate with you by e-mail to inform you about the shipping costs because these costs will depend on your living area. 
  • If your exchange request meets the specified conditions, DeTHEIA will respond within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and process the order within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us via email.

- To optimize costs and protect the product, avoiding damage as much as possible, DeTHEIA kindly recommends the following method of packaging for returning goods:

• Step 1: Reuse the original DeTHEIA packaging that the product was initially sent in. Use secure packing tape to ensure the box remains closed during transportation.

• Step 2: Wrap the outside in a layer of plastic wrap to prevent moisture damage to the product.

• Step 3: Write in clear text, in front of the package: “Return Goods – Clothing” on the label and the shipping form, if applicable, as customs duty might be charged otherwise.

• Step 4: Take pictures of the package as a reference in case of any issues during the transportation. Record shipping information and tracking numbers to monitor the delivery process.

- Once DeTHEIA receives and finishes the inspection process (within 5 working days) we will send you a confirmation email and a purchase code for you to place the new order.

- Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee. 

- If your products have been identified as manufacturing defective upon our inspection, DeTHEIA will reimburse your original and return shipping.
