At DeTHEIA, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping and delivery information before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated for pre-orders, made-to-order pieces, or collection launches.
During peak periods, promotional launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
International Delivery
Estimated: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order and made-to-order items require additional production time. Estimated dispatch timelines will be stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Parcel weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import charges determined by local authorities.
DeTHEIA is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import duties or taxes
- Brokerage or clearance fees
- Packages refused by customs
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, DeTHEIA is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Delivery address in English must be provided.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly first using your tracking information.
If additional assistance is required, DeTHEIA will do our best to support the investigation process; however, we cannot reimburse for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier. Please track your order and make sure someone is present and sign for the package on delivery day.
FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to DeTHEIA due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to pay customs/import fees
The customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees, any taxes, duties and associated administrative costs. The sum will be deducted on your refund.
