EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt. This policy does not extend to items under special promotions. Round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is found to be defective.

To ensure the best shopping experience, we recommend documenting the unboxing process through video recording to safeguard your interests should any concerns arise. Items should be evaluated immediately upon receipt to ensure optimal processing time for any exchange requirements.

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are exclusively accepted for sizing adjustments or exchange to other items of equivalent or higher value.
- Items must maintain their pristine original condition: unworn, clean, free from any damage and odors, complete with all tags and original purchase documentation.

Upon receipt of a valid exchange request, DeTHEIA will respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and complete the process within 7 business days from receiving the returned merchandise.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If a manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us directly via email for priority assistance.

DETAILED EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION
Step 1: Reuse the original DeTHEIA packaging. Seal carefully with quality tape to ensure safety during transit.
Step 2: Add a protective plastic wrap to protect against moisture and maintain product quality.
Step 3: Clearly mark "Return Goods – Clothing" on the package and shipping label (if applicable) to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

Step 4: Take photos of the package for reference in case verification is needed during transit.
Step 5: Notify DeTHEIA via email once your package is ready so we can arrange professional shipping services. To ensure the highest standards and avoid repeated custom and tax charges, PLEASE DO NOT select carriers or send packages directly. DeTHEIA will coordinate and monitor the entire shipping process to guarantee safe and accurate handling. Thank you.
