DeTHEIA's products are shipped internationally by FedEx. All orders are processed within 01 business day and are shipped from Monday to Friday. Your package must be signed for, so please track your order using provided code and make sure someone is present during shipping hour between 9am to 6pm on delivery day.

Shipping price is calculated by the weight and where you locate. When you place your order, DeTHEIA will provide the accurate shipping fee for your purchase.

CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES

All product prices indicated, and payments made on DeTHEIA International Online Store are in USD currency.

Upon arrival, your local customs authority might request for payment of duties and taxes on your order, which is not included in your shipping fee. DeTHEIA are not responsible for any additional fee occurred at your customs.

DeTHEIA do not accept return in the case of refusal of such obligation. The undelivered products will be subjected to termination and we cannot reimburse any payments you have made prior.
